In this pivotal role, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers across sectors and generate leads.
  • Help convert leads into client assignments for delivery by our experienced team of consultants.
  • Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, along with very flexible ways of working.
  • Take ownership of sales targets, with significant remuneration tied directly to the assignment revenue you help to bring in.

What We’re Looking For

  • An impressive track record in business development or sales, ideally within executive search.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the drive to exceed targets as part of a highly motivated team.
