In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers across sectors and generate leads.
- Help convert leads into client assignments for delivery by our experienced team of consultants.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, along with very flexible ways of working.
- Take ownership of sales targets, with significant remuneration tied directly to the assignment revenue you help to bring in.

- An impressive track record in business development or sales, ideally within executive search.
