Mark Rowley

Following a successful early career in financial recruitment, Mark progressed into a broader executive search capacity 25 years ago. He has worked for large corporate organisations (including completing a management buyout and subsequent flotation on the LSE), has run smaller individually tailored search firms and has acted as an independent consultant across a variety of sectors.

Mark has delivered mandates across most European countries and  has been an active member on the global executive committee for a worldwide network of 40  independent search firms. More recently he has focussed on the IT Healthcare domain, appointing many influential senior executives supplying into the NHS and broader healthcare services.

As a long term player in the search business, what satisfies me greatly is seeing the impressive progression a number of my appointments have made during their careers and feeling that in some small way, I have played a part.

In his spare time, Mark supports patients on the wards of The Royal Surrey County Hospital, where he is also an active Member of The Trust.
